I can't believe that anyone would want to remove a shed/summerhouse from a garden. As someone else has commented I wasn't aware that any planning was needed for a temporary building such as this, and it certainly doesn't appear to be an eyesore. Is this not going a little over the top. Please leave the summerhouse where it is.

It's a shed! I wasn't aware planning permission of any sort was required to erect a shed in your own garden. Permitted development allows for all kinds of things much more intrusive. Totally ridiculous Leeds Council - sort yourselves out!

The planning department are a law unto themselves and seem to act without rhyme or reason. Up by us there are some cream coloured Council properties. One property was purchased by the elderly lady resident, she put a pleasant conservatory on the front. She died several years ago and the property was sold own. Current has permission to put up a structure to be used as dining room/occasional bedroom. The front is timber painted gray to match the door/window frames ( which he has replaced, original ones were white). It looks an absolute eyesore, this gray wooden front amongst 6 cream brick bungalows.

How can this shed be causing anyone else a problem?

The shed is not an eyesore nor is it blocking anyone's view so why the need to remove it? It is used to help make life more bearable for the disabled people who use it.

Please, has this council not for anything better to do with their time. Leave this lady alone to continue with the lovely help she provides.

Please could leeds council pay attention to other matters that must be ALOT more important than a hard-working lady just wanting to enjoy her time spent away from work
