Obviously easy pickings for the council. Have they nothing better to do. If this is as good as it gets then maybe there should be a few job cuts .

What harm is this doing..for goodness sake...leave the lady alone. Why does authority go to peoples heads. Show live , kindness nd understanding instead...how about that for a way to run a department?

What harm is a little shed doing in the great scale of things. It looks tidy and pretty and somewhere to have coffe with her disabled friends!!

This looks like a good-sized tidy garden and the shed is not obtrusive or offensive. Why is the council spending time and money on such a trivial thing? If it was in the back garden noone would complain. Why is it such a problem if someone puts a nice summer house in the front garden to provide a nice area for sitting if that's where they and their visitors can sit and be sociable in the sun? Especially if it provides shelter etc specifically for friends who can't access the house - it amounts to discrimination. What she does in her own garden is her own business - much better to have a summer house than rusty car she'll.

Shameful! Why can't she have a shed in her own garden? It's average size and you don't need planning permission for a shed so pull your heads out your backsides and let it go! Let he really keep it or waste loads of money that the good people do Leeds have paid in council tax to take her to court...

What could possibly be the reason for the council to want this shed removing? I cannot see that it is restricting any views? Please, let the lady keep her shed, after all she's put it there not just for herself, but for the benefit of others too.

Ridiculous!!! Allow the woman to have her shed! It's not obstructing anything nor is it an eyesore!! Everyone should be entitled to sit and enjoy their garden in peace if it doesn't harm others!!

disgracefull to ask for it to b removed when it's to aid others, lovely place for them to get together and not be lonely or be unable to get into her house..let it stay..council should be positive and donate something towards there grt together's as an act of charity to their locals.

Honestly. What on earth is going on, why can't a person put an inoffensive shed in their own garden? This shouldn't have even got this far, it's a ridiculous waste of council time and energy.
