Save that house. Open it for tours, not businesses

I am all for saving Sunnyside and James Toppings other house. I do not want that corner of the intersection to look like all others today...(a CVS or QuickChek).

As our History keeps changing or being erased; it is important to preserve landmarks and it's history behind them.

Sunnyside and Turkey Farm are synonymous with the meaning of Chester to residents and former visitors. Don't take them away.

Homes like this are a rare treasure that should be preserved and restored for future generations to enjoy and learn about past generations. Please save this home

Preserving landmarks like this is what keeps small towns like Chester a wonderful tourist destination, bringing in mush needed revenue. Demolishing it to build a CVS and/or bank and it becomes Anytown USA.

I appreciate preserving old buildings. my house in chester is over a hundred years OLDER than sunnyside . I JUST GOT A LETTER FROM ZONING, THAT HE WANTS MY HOME DEMOLISHED. I don't know what to do....

I support renovation and not demolition. This building and property could be developed to benefit the town in many different ways; demolishing a historically significant building would be tragic.

I hope it is not too late to weigh in on the subject of Sunnyside. Indeed it is a beautiful and historically significant structure that should be preserved.

Although a resident of Washington Twp (Morris) I work and shop in Chester Twp and value this lovely building which could be a great destination site to bring folks to Chester for visits and retail growth.

Sunnyside should be preserved, not razed and replaced with concrete-block boxes. Beautiful historic structures, preserved and repurposed, have enhanced the character of Chester over the years and made it the charming day-trip destination that it has been for decades. A town that preserves and respects its history is a source of pride for residents and a source of tourist dollars as well. Residents don't need another mall or more big chain stores, which are already available in nearby locations. How many people who come to Chester for the "atmosphere" are going to shop at a mall that looks like every other mall in the US?
