This development will change the character of Chester Borough which drew the residents and business to settle here.

To Chester: save the historic building that is part of Chester’s charm and say NO to CVS!! That busy area is already a death trap for auto accidents and it will run Rite Aid/Walgreens out of business which will cause that strip mall to die.

Please don't destroy another part of a family history. My husband's parents had their wedding reception there over 60 years ago.

We need to appreciate, respect and acknowledge what makes this area beautiful. Stop demolishing historic sites!

This intersection of two former Native American Indian trails (Route 206 and Route 24) is part of what really makes Chester's identity. There is far more future value to that land than paving half of it over.

Sunnyside should be saved as part of Chester’s historic district. History in my opinion is more important than all the commercial businesses coming in and ruining the quaint little town. Big business does not belong in this setting.

This building and land were the backdrop for almost every local family's most important memories. Please don't tear it down and put up some cookie cutter mess!!!!

Please save and preserve this historic property. Taking it down will just make Chester more like any other town and not the Chester that people want to live in and visit.

Please do not remove yet another landmark in from this beautiful area! I grew up here and each time I go back it looks less and less familiar.
