This property absolutely should be preserved. It's a shame it faces the unappealing strip mall across the street. I'm sure that made sale of it as a private residence difficult. It would be a great asset to all of us residents if it is renovated.

A historic site can only add to a town's interesting past and beauty.

As a former resident in Chester I feel such a wonderful landmark should be saved.

Save it, keep historic buildings I. Place and in use.

DO NOT TEAR THIS DOWN!!!!! By continually destroying our history and past, you are forever changing our future in negative ways. History and times gone by are what makes our town filled with wonderful stories, business opportunities to keep the town filled with visitors and most of all a place for the residents to call home. We like it the way it is..... historical !!! That's why we all moved here!!! You are doing a disservice to Chester and to those who carved the town's past. Disrespectful to present and past!

Save the home transport it to a different location if need be!!! No demolition!

Please consider the conservation of this beautiful house; I drive by it often and have always hoped it could be saved.

Please do Not destroy this important piece of our history. We could send a man to the moon....for goodness sake....get a couple of smart people together and figure out how to save this treasure.

I fully agree that main street should not be left to go the way of the strip mall. The historical nature which makes the town loved and visited should be kept as a valuable incentive to grow the value of the town for coming generations.

A true landmark of my hometown. Main Street was so loaded with historical buildings repurposed - Sunnyside has more significance than some of the other buildings in town. Don't demolish Sunnyside. Protect and preserve it, as a part of Chester's long legacy.

Larison's is a historic landmark. There's no way it should be demolished.

Growing up, I use to eat Christmas Eve dinner there every year.
