Please don't tear this house down. We have fond memories of going to Larison's and have always loved this house. It should be put on the historical register.

I grew up in this town and Sunnyside was one of my happy memories as a kid. This is a historical landmark and should not be demolished!

Taking this down would be a big mistake. Keep the beauty in Chester with these historical buildings. Don't turn Chester into another Warren twp.

This shouldnt happen,It happened to Grogans at shop rite and Waters mansion where that cheesy Chester Post office is and _SO STOP THE DESTRUCTION of buildings that cant be recreated so easily.

Historical homes and estates need to be preserved if we want our future generations to know about where they come from and the intricacies of our beautiful state .... once this piece of history disappears, so do hundreds of years of history and potential Learning and education....
