I was born and raised in New Jersey. I have always been proud of the old New Jersey. Government officials began to ruin it. Started taking some pride in it again. Do not ruin this for me! Do not shame me and my home state by demolishing an important part of its history!

The intersection this property is located at is always busy and a significant increase in traffic due to a significant population increase would create a terrible traffic hazard. The historical charm of the property is important to the definitive essence of the Chester community.

Chester's rural charm attracted our family many other family's over 20 years ago. Converting this historic corner would completely change Chester to not have the same character.

A high density 144-unit rental complex is the antithesis of Chester's rural charm and reputation for open space.

A part of Chester's history - it would be a shame to see it demolished and, perhaps, another "modern", half empty office building or development take it's place.
