This is an obvious insider job! Who all is benefiting / getting donations or financial backing from this? Summerland is NOT set up to handle the large trucks and alcohol related action that this development will generate! I oppose it wholeheartedly! Efforts should be directed to support and grow the small ,local businesses here who are compatible with our unique Summerland identity and community plan!

Please don’t bring that bright ugly sign into our community. It will start a precedent we wont be able to stop ?

This sign will be an eye soar to everyone!

Remove roof signs, canopy, Lighting in compliance with county Coastal and Summerland guidelines, Gas Station and market should not be open 24 hours a day.

Don’t destroy the quaintness of Summerland by turning it into cliche. We don’t have billboards for a reason and we don’t want big bright signs polluting our area.

These types of high visibility advertising signs are gaudy and for Las Vegas only.

Do not allow this illuminated sign!

Please. Honor the history of this very special town.

I strongly support the prohibition on roof signs in SB County.

There should be no nighttime illuminated signs in Santa Barbara County, much less Summerland!

How, how did this sign and design of the gas station get approved? Save Summerland and thank you for sending this petition.

This development is totally inconsistent with what Summerland is supposed to represent. I question how this development has progressed this far.
