Stober Elementary is a community resource that has excellent metrics and impressively strong parent involvement. I deeply feel that allowing residential development on the site would violate the spirit that motivated its owners to donate the site to Jeffco for a community-centric education facility. Please do not close this school.

Stober is a great, high=performing school with a dedicated and passionate community behind it. Closing Stober would be a terrible mistake. It's the kind of school JeffCO should be holding up as a model, not closing.

My grandson Nash Ogden is a student at Stober. He loves his school and wants to continue to attend classes there. He is a great kid and kids are what really matters.

I think that there are budget cuts in other areas which can then free up funding for Stober. The district has to be more creative in cutting some non-classroom personnel costs so that this thriving school can stay open.
