I phoned the head office and they said if we go into Caxton way and ask to speak to steve stick manager they may reconsider this is crazy we must not lose Steve

I am elderly, and rely on Steve for his friendship, his unfailing good humour and his willingness to help me in any way he can as far as my post is concerned. It would be devastating for my husband and myself should we lose him. PLEASE keep him on our round. There are enough terrible changes in our lives without losing a trusted friend.

Steve has been our postman for 19years. He is the most amazing 'postie' always very helpful and making our lives much easier.
He is like a member of the family. He is a credit to Royal Mail. I am sure it is not his choice to leave so PLEASE LET HIM STAY!!!!

He's the best postman Aldenham has had! He's always cheerful and smiling, and knows where we like our parcels left if we aren't home. Always polite and doesn't mind stopping for a quick hello. We need him to stay!

Why would you take away an incredible representative who has built fantastic relationships with the entire wall hall complex ! He knows us all by name and always gives that extra service !

In a day and age of customer service and customer expectation, why would the powers that be remove one of their representatives from an area where they are currently delivering a top flight service due to the knowledge they have gained over a number of years?? Steve knows us and we know him and he also knows us well enough to ensure that even misaddressed post finds it's way to the intended recipient. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
