While it was open, the food truck was a welcomed addition to Southie by many residents. My family ordered from the food truck several times and the food was great. In a time when the restaurant business needs us most, it would be a shame to see Stella go for a second time this year. Please reconsider.
Please allow Stella Express to continue serving! We LOVED Stella in the South End, and were so sad to learn of its closing. The day we heard that Stella Express was opening was an exciting day, and those are hard to come by in 2020! Keep this amazing restaurant running! Southie needs this!
Please let Stella keep their food truck at W Broadway and B Street! Their food is a welcome, delicious and affordable addition to those of us that have run out of convenient lunch options. This year has been bad enough, please don't take everything away from them/us!
The closing of Stella I’m SE was heartbreaking enough, especially, for the entire S Boston and S End. Chef Evan’s food has brought people together, and we have had enough bad news in 2020 just let us eat yummy pasta in peace .
Big fan of Stella and would love to see this food truck remain in South Boston. It’s great for the neighborhood especially since everyone’s working from home and needs a quick bite for bfast or lunch!

With everything going on with COVID-19 we should be doing everything we can to enable small business owners, particularly restaurants, to operate. Let’s make city gov’t a platform that enables small business vs impedes it.
