As a former Steel Worker and growing up in the area the devastation caused by the closure of the Steel Works is unimaginable

The UK Government bailed-out the Banks they should similarly help the steel industry & restrict cheap imports.

It's all gone far enough now ! Surely the prospect of 2000 people being out of work and the knock on affect on shops and buisnesses this will bring an already deprived area further down for generations
