My brother has worked here since he was 16 he has given 38years to the steel on teeside my grandfather and my uncle worked there too its a most for the country to keep it going there are many great structures that have been built out of this steel

We need a strong manufacturing economy in the UK - steel manufacture is key to this, particularly a world class steel producer like SSI

So many employees and families affected by this, the impact will have a eipple affect on other businesses making unemployment numbers worse than just those from SSI ! David Cameron needs to stop offering to help people in other countries and help those in his own at their times of need!!!!

not only over 2000 direct jobs and 1000 contractors could be lost be think of the smaller company's that will suffer
