The government need to step in and help , its a total disgrace that yet again a British company and yet again a Northern based company is allowed to close while we buy in cheap from China . Good luck to all the workers / families and local businesses in this fight .

Other countries have intervened in similar circumstances. It appears to the public that you have no political will to do so. Ideology should not be used to wreck our industries.

The loss of these jobs on Teeside will be devastating for the whole area. It's time to look north from the Ivory towers of Westminster and realise that we've suffered enough
