I grew up in Salisbury and we have always been a Historical town. This Statue is a part of what makes our town beautiful. I am 53 and never known anyone who said they were offended by it. Life is about history. Without it there would be no today.

Keep it. That statue has been there for over 100 years and people are just now saying it's racist ? That makes no sense... How is a statue of an angel and a soldier racist? There is no reason to move something that represents a piece of history. .
