We live down the street from this school and while we don’t attend this school we hear great things from our friends/parents who’s children attend this school.

Wonderful environment for my grandchildren. Their father passed away this past year and members of the church and school embraced them with love and genuine caring. They need this community to continue to heal.

Saddened to read this. My father, Lawrence Goodine, was like a pillar of this building. And my brother Vern Goodine was their first custodian......The dear priests at that time spent endless hours at my parents' home. I know they are turning over in their graves over this notice.
This just isn't fair to our community. As long as St. Jerome's is structurally sound, please don't close it. The children seem to still excel there and many parents are upset. Please don't close it.

As a former parent of three students of St. Jerome School, I am in continual amazement of the camaraderie of many past and present students of St. Jerome School. They are a special breed. There is never an event , happy of sad, that is not supported by these long time friends. They are all successful in their chosen careers. Why the Archdiocese would chose to disrupt this successful legacy is beyond me. It would be a true loss to the Archdiocese to disrupt this promising endeavor. St. Jerome Strong.

Don’t close SJS with such little warning, so late in the school year. This is a disservice to your students and families, who are now left in the lurch with no time to apply to other schools or make alternate plans.
