It is not surprising to hear this is what the Cardinal and others want to do. They have done this in Brockton and other towns and it makes no sense at all.

If the school is in the black financially and contributes to the local parish it does not make sense to close it.

I can’t believe the Archdiocese’s decision. Choosing this time of upheaval in the United States to try and sneak in this decision is completely immoral. I went to SJS and I owe a whole lot to the education I received.
