My daughter currently attends, I think it's disgusting its being closed down. Louise has done so much for my older girls who also attended. One of my older girls is currently on work experience there too, she thinks it's disgusting how the playgroup are being treated. SAVE OUR PLAYGROUP, think of the children present & future.

As a friend of the the play group and its staff i'm very disgusted with the PCC for the way they are treating the play group.
They need to remember that it was the parents and grandparents of the children that attend this playgroup that helped raise the cash needed for the shiny new hall.
What better use of this space it there if not for the education and development of or future Paramedics, Firefighters and Teachers.... SAVE ST ANNE'S PLAY GROUP

This playgroup has been vital in my Daughters development, it has also been the coner stone of the west end community for young families, my daughter has made an abundance of freinds at this group, it wolud be of great sadness if this is no longer an option...SAVE ST ANNE'S PLAYGROUP.

This playgroup is an important part of the community. Louise Arnold and her staff have shown beyond doubt that the church building itself can be used when the church hall cannot; both the church and the hall should be used to avoid a conflict of time/space between community/church groups and the playgroup. It must be possible to achieve both with some thorough conversation.

This is a real blow! My granddaughter loves coming and the people who run it are so supportive. My grandson also loves coming to the before and after school provision. Their parents can go to work knowing their children are happy. Apart from that, we are talking about the loss of jobs!

The playgroup is a great asset to the local community. It would be huge loss if it shut down.

Shocking that this playgroup has been served notice to leave, so many youngsters benefit from using playgroups by learning to socialise with children of their own age, how the committee who have sanctioned this can justify the reason why which will be purely down to money ,should learn to have more christian values.

It would be a great shame if the contract is terminated, especially after all Louise Orton's dedication.

The children who attend this Playgroup are being let down by the Parish Council, to close such a wonderful playgroup, where the staff are so bloody great at their jobs, where the children are so happy and learning so much....St Anne's Church should be ashamed!

I have had one boy attend St Annes and loved it, would love to send my youngest when he is old enough. This is a brilliant preschool with fantastic staff and is an invaluable local resource which should continue to run.

The church PCC has behaved in a disgraceful manner towards the playgroup. The diocese need to be aware, and answer for, the conducter of their parish council.

I come from a country where most Poles are Catholics, it is unacceptable for the priest to take away the children where they can spend their time. play . teach! And created a problem for parents during the school year where they have to send their children. Church institutions should help children and not create problems and throw them out of kindergarten
