With all the extra housing being built in/around St Albans we need to keep our hospital and increase its size rather than close it

St Albans needs to retain it's own hospital services so that patients can have treatment and appointments closer to home. Services should not be cut especially considering the current and future population sizes of St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Watford.

After being let down when the promised new hospital was never built at Hatfield please don’t take away the facilities that are left here.

Since the Labour government decided in 2005 decided that we should only get a pittance funding (vs Labour voting towns like Bmg, Manchester and Liverpool who got c £180m each) in exchange for a much needed super hospital - which we didn't get! - this area has been in chaos. Closing St Albans hospital is another blow to our horrendous services.
