My sons and I enjoy the garden for picnics on weekends and during the Summer. They have learned so much from the garden. Please spare the garden. It is important to so many children in our community.

Too much work went into making this garden for it to be destroyed. Enota was my elementary school and I want to see the garden saved.

This garden has meant so much to so many children that I think it is only right to keep it intact at Enota. Not only has it served as a learning tool for the entire school(all ages) but the children are always excited about the garden, watching it grow and seeing what is produced. Please save the Smartville Garden so children may continue to enjoy it in the future.

I have been involved with the garden since the beginning. The garden was designed for a teaching tool for the students to learn about plant classification, irrigation by recycling water, life cycle of plants, etc. Enota is the only school that has a garden of this type thanks to the Fockeles and many volunteers.

My children didn't go to Enota, but I had a garden at my elementary school 50 years ago and can still remember the lessons it taught me. This is at least as important as many other things that go on inside the building!
