This tax will hurt the economy by discouraging small business owners operate. Trudeau should focus on building the economy rather than increasing taxes for those who do build the economy.

Another Liberal move to kill any motivation for entrepreneurship .. with no pension and no way to save, why would anyone want to be involved in small business? We aren't the ones using offshore tax havens. We are the ones providing employment, paying outrageous source deductions & WSIB premiums and never sitting on Parliament Hill asking for an economic bailout package.
If the government wants to introduce broad tax changes, then begin comprehensive discussions with stakeholders that last more than 75 days (most of those in the summer recess).

I am a family physician working 25 years in my community.
My life is dedicated to my practice and community- but who is looking after me?
I am not a tax cheat-but rather a hard member if society just hoping to be able to eventually retire - like my neighbour's-teacher and police - who's income contributes and passive income grows entirely tax free.....
