Leave the green space, there are already enough hotels and B & B's in Skegness, to open a Premier Inn will mean a lot of empty unsold properties

The field could be used for carbooting or market on days that the carpark ing isn't needed so raise money as money seems to be the reason behind the council selling it. There are plenty of other sites they could use.

green space once built on can never be reclaimed. This is crucial to the sea front - use other sites in the town, yes, but this is the WRONG location.

i have a hotel on south parade and there are more than enough hotels in skegness struggling to make a living as it is! My neighbour applied for planning to turn their holiday flats into a b&b and it was denied on ghe basis there are enough hotels in Skegness already. So why is this even being considered? Money that's why!!!! Money talks!!!!!

We have enough hotels on the seafront front at Skegness. The pier front was given to the people as a green field not to be built on.
