The hotel would be an eyesore and would be out of character

The Hotel would be better suited to the North Parade bringing much needed business to that end of town and business along the parade. This open space would be better served by events throughout the year to attract more visitors and get the ones already there to spend money.

There are better places to put a hotel. Why lose this open space used by people?

Is doesn't seem fair to all the hotels on north parade to put a Premier in right in front of them and also the Pier field has always been for other use I am sure the are plenty of other fields with loads of room to build the inn what the sea front needs is more attractions for visitors

All the small businesses will be effected by this. But like I know the council won't care just as long as they get there money
