I dont wamt to see high rise anythng in Skegness.The offshore windfarms are bad enough.!

I have been coming to Skegness since I was little and am now 50 I have friends from sheffield that moved to Skeggness and it wouldnt be the same with the foreshore gone please keep it u can find somewhere else for a hotel.

We need more attractions not more Hotels the Hotels already here can't be filled during the season now, so why do we need another one, more attractions please if not leave it as it is.

This field is totally the wrong place toput a hotel. It will spoil the whole view of the seafront. If they want to build thay should build further out of town .

if the pier field was intended to be used by the people and visitors of skegness it would be wrong to sell it to anyone let the people of skegness use it and let them decide what it should be used for and for this reason i don't want the field to be sold

l think we maybe have a few fools as Councillors in Skegness who know nothing about what we need, So the best thing to do is don't Vote them in Office ever again

If it aint broke don't fix it. This piece of land should remain for the use of the people of Skegness and visitors
it will be a great shame if it goes ahead
