Why would they want a premier inn on the foreshore? they are not really hotels are they, They are overnight stays as people pass through or are working in the area, Besides there are more than enough hotels and b&b's in he area.the foreshore is for the pleasure of the residents and holiday makers. Why dont the council concentrate getting the eysores of the town sorted out like grand parade (5yrs now) and keep the beauty spots just that. instead of thinking of just money think of people

We don't need any more Hotels, and besides it would ruin our sea front

This is for the enjoyment of the public.... ie for children to play on and others to just walk or sit, arn't there enough hotels in skegness of a similar quality to Premier Inn no more needed. Think about the small businesses that will be effected. it would not bring more people just the same people to a different location and leave locals with little or no income. There MUST be plenty of other land but not perhaps so prime for the likes of Premier Inn.

i visit skegness every year on holiday and I think building a hotel right there would look so out of place, all the hotels are across the road or down the road, why build a monstrosity where there is beautiful land that the locals and people like myself and my family can enjoy for years to come

I don't object to the building of a new hotel,it's not a ideal location

no large building should be aloud to be put in front of the hotels it will look redicous, and spoil the sea view.

the hotels on the front shouldn't have to have their sea views compromised for the sake of a buget hotel that could be built further inland or even nr the industrial estate

no objection to Premier Inn coming to Skeg just should not be on the Pier field, there are plenty of other sites in Skegness much more suitable.

It will ruin the sea view rooms on the Seafront.

lots of people use the field for different purposes & would be a great shame to build on it .
