The Earl of Scarborough gave this land to the people of Skegness for their enjoyment, not for a hotel to be built on it. Putting up huge buildings on the foresaw will completely change the feel of Skegness. It would set a precedent and soon other areas like the Fairy Dell & Boating Lake will be built on too. This must be stopped!

We have enough hotels in town we dont need another this land could be used for an attraction this is what the people of skegness want.

A green space which should be kept for the community................ This is NOT the place for a Premier Inn, They should look further out of town, there is plenty of room elsewhere without ruining our beautiful green spaces.
