i dont think premium inn should be build on the peir field as i think it will be very close to the sea and be in a very high flood risk it i think that skegness is full of b&bs and hotels it will make skegness's bussinesses shut down if any where they should put it on the industral estate where there is loads of space and not in a area that it will effect the bussinesses and be in a flood zone

This is the wrong site for the hotel. How can such a big building be allowed to come between visitors on the promenade and the sea? Keep the green space, overflow parking and venue for large outdoor events.

Leave the foreshore for everybody to enjoy, to be used for activities for everybody to enjoy, if we must have a major hotel here on the outskirts if the town is where they belong and if they must come in then they should bring an attraction with then to encourage visitors to cone
