This is a prime location and should be put to better use. Skegness born and bred I feel very passionate about our town, please keep a family holiday town with more facilities fir families to enjoy.

i went to lumly school it a place i had great time at that school,please protect skegnessthe town its got so much to offer

If you build a the hotel in this location you might as well knock down the clock tower because the seaside town i have visited for over 50 years will be lost.

It's simply the wrong place to have one. Someone told me that this was not Premier Inn 's first choice to site one, but the council wanted them to go here. Can you believe it!

you don't need a premier inn in skegness. it will ruin other hotels why not put it in mablethorpe which keeps being left out

You dont go to Skegness to stop in a Premier Inn. What about the hotels opposite, they'll lose their view and possibly their business. I agree something should be done with it but let the hoteliers and people in Skegness decide.
