My 2 daughters have been attending as colts for the last 3-4 years. They thoroughly enjoy it & it is great to get them out in the fresh air learning new skills & being part of a team & club. There is also a great social scene & community spirit in & around the club & we as a whole family enjoy the facilities.

This would be a serious retrograde step

I don't play cricket. I don't even like cricket. But I love this cricket club.

Please don’t close down, a dear friends lives this club

Community Sports Clubs provide much needed accessible, affordable and inclusive sport. They need to be supported!

This is so wrong Brentwood Council are the worse council ever they are killing the community spirit.

Club needs to be protected, not threatened.

Shenfield Cricket Club is part of our community and I have spent a lot of time here. It gives wonderful opportunities to the local children

Always enjoy my visits to Shenfield, as player or umpire - a wonderful place for cricket, in so many ways. Brentwood Borough Council - please think again.

The Cricket Club in Shenfield has been part of the Community for a long long time. Please do not mess with something that is working well with out Council interference or cost.
