I don't understand how you can have two eye witnesses to an attack by someone who is out on bail for a rape charge and a toxicology report that attributes the cause of death to the assailant having TWICE the lethal limit of cocaine in his system and still bring these charges. It would be laughably absurd if this was laughing matter.

Unfortunately, the contemptible narcissistic AG has chosen to use this for his own political agenda. The facts continue to be “inconvenient” for him. Not only should the charges be dropped, in addition the AG should face consequences for suppressing the toxicology report for so long. The state department should immediately issue an advertisement to American citizens against travel to Anguilla. Let us hope that in terms of the AG... “Pride goeth before a fall.”

What has happened to my friend Scott and his family is unimaginable. Worse than that is the treatment he is receiving at the hands of the inept Anguillan government. It is an utter travesty that charges are even still standing against this good, decent and innocent man. Call and write your national representatives. Tweet at them. Whatever it takes. We need to unify and #savescott. #standwiththehapgoods. It is not to late to make a difference, and the time to act is NOW.
