In reality, it is Scott Hapgood who should actually have the legal case here. He was the one who was trespassed against. He was the one attacked. This other man died apparently as a result of his cocaine overdose. This man was an employee of this hotel? Seems to me this hotel is liable. Big time. In fact this hotel might go out of business after they set things right financially with Scott H. and family. The truth will come out that Scot H. Is innocent. He has always lived a clean, honest life. Good father, husband. Community member. We know who he is because he helps us. We Stand by our friend Scott now and you should too.

There are no words to express the horror this entire experience must have left on this entire family! A father protecting his children gets blamed for the death of a man who has overdosed. Please! Please, let truth and justice bring some sense of peace to this innocent family!

The charges against Scott Hapgood absolutely need to be dropped. The Toxication report on the guy he’s charged with killing were off the charts. That guy died from Cocaine, ETOH, & Marijuana OD. (Read that report!) Not From The fight with Scott Hapgood! Scott was protecting his family from this unwanted intruder.
