The violations of due process are glaring. The suppression of exculpatory evidence and the actions taken by law enforcement and the judicial system in Anguilla all demonstrate that he should be acquitted. It is a true miscarriage of justice. The United States needs to take steps to protect his rights as a citizen and put an end to this travesty.
