I knew Scott from grade school and 6th grade football, and he was a good kid. He was nice to everyone, not just his friends. This could have happened to anyone, and it is very irresponsible of the prosecutors to even bring these charges with exculpatory evidence that has already been made public. I feel very sorry for Kenny Mictchel and his family, and hope they can find peace, but Scott is not responsible for Kenny's death and punishing him would not be justice. Scott was protecting his family and prevented Kenny from hurting anyone. Would anyone have any sympathy for Kenny today had it not been for Scott'?

A fair trial is not possible in Anguilla. Any jury pool has been tainted, and members who would have to stay on the island and face their neighbors will not acquit him.
