I knew Scott from growing up in Darien, CT. While not the best of friends, I do know he was nothing but a positive spirit, an athlete, and a mentor to many later in life. The thought of him doing something like this without 100% justification is completely unimaginable as this was just not in his character whatsoever. It's understandable to protect your family from violence, and that is simply what he did. I do hope justice is served and the people of Anguilla can finally see and understand that this was just an everyday man looking out for the safety of his family.

Scott is NOT a brutal murderer. Just a man protecting his family from a wild drug-addict. The truth must come out but Scott’s safety is mission critical for a fair trial and he will need help from his country. Don’t turn your back on Scott.

The charges should be dismissed. Scott is a hero, not a murderer. As a parent, I can only hope I would be able to do for my family what’s Scott did for his. He should be applauded, not forced to endure legal proceedings.

I've known Scott since I was 14 and he was 15. We played 3 sports together and were friends off of the field too. This is madness. The US Government should be taking action.

I’ve followed this case closely, and am a frequent visitor to Anguilla, an island and people we love . This truly is a nightmare and Scott should not have to go back to Anguilla for the fourth time. The truth is in the hard evidence.
