Recent evidence suggests that all charges against Hapgood should be dropped. Kenny Mitchell was in a drug-induced rage.

Defending one's family from a cocaine and liquor enhanced man who was brandishing a knife in the middle of the afternoon at a 5 star hotel seems the right reply for this gentle family man!

Scott defended his family from an intruder as any father would. He deserves commendation not judicial overreach.

I am an Aunt of a long time very good friend of Kallie and Scott’s. I have followed this story from the beginning and was told Scott’s truth and believe him 100%! This case was be dismissed and Scott be exonerated and allowed to try and pick up his life!

Justice needed. Tourism threatened.
Scott Hapgood is fighting for his life. He's due back in Anguilla on November 11th, but there is no guarantee of a safe return (or a return at all). He has a target on his back. There seems to be more of a focus on politics than facts and evidence and locals have issued numerous public death threats.

Scott gas fulfilled his commitment to return to Anguilla when he was released. He should not have to return again. For any further procedures in their judicial process, Scott should be able to participate from the US.
Praying for the entire family.
