Tell the Anguilla AG, Dwight Horsford that you are disgusted by his actions, that it is time to drop the charges, not use the Hapgoods for political gain and publicly apologize to the Hapgood family. Call Dwight @ 264-497-3044 or e-mail him at [email protected]

I have read of this case with interest. I support a fair trial for Mr. Hapgood. I live in NYC. This case has gone beyond Connecticut.

I worked for Scott's father for many years and was working there for the summer . He is a kind and caring man. The family is one of the nicest I ever met. I support Scott while heartily.

Scott has one of the "truest" moral compasses of anyone I have ever known. We continue to pray for him and Kallie and their families that they will remain courageous throughout this terrible ordeal.

I've been to Anguilla before but not again. The delay in the toxicology report and failure of the government there to assure his safety is appalling

Please help Scott Hapgood and his family! Anguilla is not the USA and the government is not anything to write home about and medical help in an emergency is non-existent.

Geshaune Clarke, the bellman who 1st arrived on the scene, has had a lot to say in his interviews, but he never mentioned if or when he called the proper authorities. In fact, no Malliouhana employee ever mentioned when the authorities were called. It should have been immediately! However it took 45 minutes for police and paramedics to arrive - Why? Are the nearest police and medical facilities located that far from the Malliouhana? Clearly Mr. Mitchel required medical attention - as he was having a drug overdose. Any delay in contacting paramedics could have been just as responsible for his death as the massive amounts of drugs and alcohol that was coursing through his veins. This would constitute gross negligence on the part of Mr. Clarke, the other Malliouhana staff, and their employer. Coincidentally, most of the witnesses testifying against Scott are hotel staff. Anybody else see a conflict of interest here?
