Our U.S. President needs to step in here to "Serve and Protect" Scott Hapgood..it's their sworn duty to do so. I have Faith that Scott will be exonerated if this case stays in a worldwide spotlight. God bless..

Do NOT allow this trial to continue abroad. Allow Mr. Hapgood to continue caring for and protecting his family on HIS soil. Had the assailant been a good man, caring for and protecting his own family his earnings would have gone to doing just that...instead of supporting his own selfish & destructive choices.

U an Idiot! If it was rape how come she fighting for him and they living together after the charge? Use your common sense that God gave u. NO GOOD HAPGOOD new Kenny, they were seen together before he went to his room, Where is NOGOOD HAPGOOD Toxicology report? Kenny Toxicology report is a FRAUD! The original report is accurate, strangulation by asphyxiation! HAPGOOD is NOT above the law, we don't like him traveling either, he should be in jail and go to court like any other criminal until proven innocent or guilty. Hapgood is a poor actor, did u see him forcing to cry and the years still D idnt come, so sad to see. One day justice will be served, guaranteed!

Kenny Mitchel had a pending rape charge and a restraining order against him that prevented him from seeing his daughter or the mother of his daughter. How does the Malliouhana Resort or The Auberge Resort Collection employ, and have on duty around women and children, an alleged rapist? What's more, is that a toxicology report confirms that Mr. Mitchel was on copious amounts of drugs and alcohol while on duty. Again, how does the The Malliouhana Resort or The Auberge Resort Collection allow this? Do they not know or not care that an employee was drinking and doing drugs on the job? Yet despite this negligence on the part of The Malliouhana Resort and The Auberge Resort Collection, none of the focus of this case seems to be on them. While Scott Hapgood fights an unjust legal system and frequently has to return to a country that issued him an Osman warning, The Malliouhana resort and The Auberge Resort Collection sits back and takes no responsibility for what happened. THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!!!

Speaking for someone who has two children, I couldn't bare to see either one of my children endure any pain. Scott did what was necessary given the circumstance. (This is something only the wicked would wish amongst their worst enemy.)
I personally know this human being, he wouldn’t be capable of such a heinous crime. Any logical person would have mercy on not only Scott but the implications it’s put on his family.
Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. (Surely, this was a hellacious situation done out of reaction, anger, and quite frankly; love for his children.)
Let’s do the right thing!
