My late husband was Tom Murphine you have a Tom Murphine, his son, living in San Clemente, and his Great Grandfather was with Ole Hanson and Ham Cotton in the first days of the founding of San Clemente I take it upon my self to say YES on behalf of us all.... preserve these historical artifacts and listen to the Hanson family!!!!

WE support the idea that San Clemente history and its artifacts are an important component of our treasured City. We must maintain and preserve these historical landmarks including the San Clemente red tile sidewalks !

Once you take it away you can never bring it back. My husbands home town took out the old brick roads they had. The small town lost the character it once had.

I agree with the members of my family .. The Hanson's .... To keep this town as it is ... This is why the residents live here and tourist come to visit, not only for the beauty but because it's history.

I've not lived here all my life but I sure wish I had grown up here!! I Love all the history and absolute beauty in San Clemente and think it should be definitely preserved!!!
