There will be more traffic than just sand haulers, silt disposal will also need to be transported if LCRA will not allow silt dumping into the waterway. Depletion of the water table is another concern as we have been at stage II for years in SRB.

No, no, no! Allergy sufferer. I also used inheritance $ to buy our place in the Texas hill country.....heaven. Unsightly plants...like the one on Hwy. 29 "greet" folks after looking at the beautiful scenery. Trucks pull out in front of you and go slowly. There have been too many accidents on Hwy. 71. Don't put it in.

What's the sand for? Frac sand? More concrete? Just what Texas needs more of... I support the local community in preserving their birthright, their quality of life, and their beautiful Hill Country stream. With our region getting hotter and drier, we need to be preserving the integrity of our creeks and rivers as much as we possibly can.

Please don’t open this plant. The traffic and accidents have been bad enough we don’t need anymore heavy equipment coming here. Our lake is our big attraction and the run off and mining from this will distroy what makes our town special. We have enough health issue caused by the dust from the other plants in the area. We do not need another.

I oppose the proposed sand mining operation on Sandy Creek, both for ecological damage and an increase in hazardous traffic ...

NO sand mine and rock crusher on Sandy Creek. This would be detrimental to the water table for the small rancher to water their cattle that rely on the water this massive plant will duck the water table dry. I oppose this sand mine rock crushing plant.

Keep the hill country beautiful. We already are practically giving away the beauty of the o e thing that attracts people to this town and the internet thing every visitor to this town is awe struck with and that's the river. How is removing the sand supposed to help when the sand plant uses almost 3,000 gallons of water a day!!?? Absolute stupidity
