Used this station on many occasions to go to work and back in the 50's and 60's. It had it all - shop and toilets, but, no refreshments. Started my honeymoon from here. Very fond of the building as we both grew pold together.

To have deliberately allowed this building to deteriorate to its current state is shameful. To be a property developer, with so little imagination and excess of greed is again, shameful. Good luck with the push to achieve something worthwhile instead!

Too much of railway heritage is being left to rot. There is an increasing interest in this, and many heritage railways are desperate to save buildings such as this for future enjoyment and education.

Such a shame that the station buildings at Saltash have been allowed to get into this state. I hope that they are preserved and brought up to scratch. Demolition would be shameful.

It would be great to see this building, part of local heritage and Cornish and national rail history restored to use by the community from the crumbling, neglected eyesore it is currently. It is hardly a good advert for Cornwall! Come on those with responsibility grasp the nettle and let's have a decent addition to the historic rail gateway to Cornwall!
