This is is a family oriented venue. There are already enough spaces in Salem where alcohol is better served.

This isn't in character with the family atmosphere of this location.

I have wonderful memories from my childhood at Salem willows, and then when I had my own family brought them there to make their special family memories. Some things just need to be preserved for special places in our hearts. Do we really need another place to drink alcohol. Usually brings in chaos and more problems. Some things just need to be left alone.

I believe that the Willows should stay an area where families have enjoyed for years as is!

I live in Salem and my kids and I LOVE our peaceful walks around the area in the early morning. We try to go early because finding parking when we come later to use the arcade is hit or miss currently let alone if you add a bar to the mix! Also what kind of trash/debris can we expect all over the roadways if you add alcohol to this mix? Its hard enough keeping it clean as is. This was supposed to be a family friendly location, alcohol need not apply.

Unthinkable. Consider: - total lack of parking. Entire neighborhood would be taken. Houses back up to this property. No way.

If you’re going to police, discourage or prohibit alcohol for gatherings like the black picnic, then that’s a definite no go for a brick and mortar establishment. Keep it consistent.

We need to hold onto the history of this wonderful place. Salem has enough of other entertainment establishments.

No need for a bar here. There is enough downtown.
