This is so bad for so many reasons. This is a family friendly area. They do not need to deal with alcohol issues such a parents’ leaving their kids hanging out unsupervised while the parents are drinking, drivers drinking under the influence. The neighbors should not have to put up with a drinking establishment with entertainment so close to their homes.

This neighborhood is not zoned for bars! It's a quiet family friwndly neighborhood with a family geared park and beaches. A bar room has no business here!
