THEY NEED TO LEAVE IT ALONE. REST IN PEACE RUSTY.
Its not bothering anyone. Why do they care so much? Just let the family keep their site.
Totally unfair. roadside memorials are everywhere and this one should be no exception.
Ridiculous to even suggest moving it. Let it stay where it is.
This is just heartless. Leave the memorial alone, it hurts nobody and helps a grieving family heal.
