This area in no way has the infrastructure to handle this development. Obviously the local residents oppose it. Take it where there are roads and infrastructure to deal with it, such as Gig Harbor North.

We have lived in this area for some 35 years and this comples housing does NOT fit with the homes and context of that neighborhood. I live close to this area and strongly object to its further progress.

This high density proposal does not reflect the character or wishes of the residents of this beautiful town. I respectfully ask that this petition be denied.

Gig harbor needs to stop development, and destroying the things that make gig harbor as beautiful as it is.

Take it somewhere else. We want to preserve our little community.

No luxury resorts on Olson Drive. Please! This is habitat and refuge for wild animals and birds.

You’re taking away from Gig Harbors appeal with mass amounts of construction! These apartments cannot be allowed to go in

We live adjacent to the proposed build and already have problems with water run off. Please do not build high density housing. It will affect out well, our community and nature around us.

Sad to hear of this, money is the root of all evil. Gig Harbor is a unique little community, let’s keep it that way!

With a very heavy heart all I can say is WOW!!! This is not what my understanding of how the future of the farm was going to be. How very sad and disappointed my Grand Parent's would be to see this as the outcome of their legacy. Rest in peace Grandpa and Grandpa, They cant take away the history and fond memories of friends, family, and THE FARM.... Mark, Monique, Natasha, and Nik Reierson

Do not turn Gig Harbor into Issaquah

No. Just no. Animals need this area. The roads are not made for that amount of traffic and Gig Harbor is already overdeveloped

Pierce county and Gig Harbor already have a hard time maintaining their existing roads and developments. Don’t add more to the chaos.

There are so few quiet, safe, rural places left in/around Gig Harbor to enjoy; please don’t let this one be destroyed. And don’t reward shady, misleading business practices by approving this build!
