Our schools roads and resources can only be stretched so far.I grew up here as did my Mom I want to be able to have some rural feeling left in our Peninsula area.Increases in taxes have made it impossible for many to keep their property.For every new home our taxes go up when we need new roads fire protection and schools.No no no!

My family and I have lived here for many years. We live in this more rural area. This is not the place for monster size properties and grossly designed mansions. This is the place for quiet living and habitats that we should all be protectiong. This unnecessary development comes at the cost of destroying habitats that are already in short supply, roads and areas that are not prepared to absorb this unnecessary traffic and pollution, This is also a public safety issue. This is an assault on what is left of rural Gig Harbor. This project is not welcome here. I ask the county planners to carefully investigate the developer, their plans, something is not right, and reconsider this moving forward.

I have kids that walk to the elementary, and middle schools. There is no sidewalks for them to walk on so they are on the edge of the road. Increased traffic would put them in more danger. NO THANK YOU!!!!

This type of building density would be devestating to the area. It would completely change the rural landscape. Not to mention the infrastructure, like transit, does not exist to support it.
