Save Rural Gig Harbor: No Luxury Resorts on Olson Drive

These high density housing monsters will destroy an already outpaced infrastructure in this community. Residents don’t want it, the community can’t support it. STOP

I live in Gig Harbor and keep my horse on the adjacent property. There's no way that this new development is appropriate for the area. It will stress the water supply (from wells) and destroy precious wildlife habitat. It will increase traffic dramatically and make it unsafe for children walking or biking to school on the road shoulder (there are no sidewalks in this rural area). I'm adamantly opposed to this.

There’s already too many people and we lack infrastructure.

Obscene planning to put a high density development in an otherwise rural area with low volume traffic/roads.

Please do not build on this land , we must protect the natural habitat for our future children and local animals neighbors!

Wildlife is being pushed futher and further back, with their natural habitat being demolished faster than you can blink. There are many developments already in Gig Harbor

Why was this approved and who did not address all the concerns ? This project not only effect the people in Gig Harbor but the the people outside of Gig Harbor proper are effected. What about all the improvements needed to the infrastructure like roads not only Olsen Drive.

Please save Gig Harbor rural areas. I have lived in the area for over 30 years, and my heart breaks at the ongoing deforestation and continued massive building which has destroyed the beauty and quaintness of this area ; and also driven the animals out of their natural habitats into communities.

I care about Gig Harbor and the surrounding wildlife and habitat. I have been negatively impacted by the ‘explosion’ in north Gig Harbor in many ways. This kind of growth needs to stop for obvious reasons!

We need to stop developing Gig Harbor. Soon there won’t be anything but homes and stores. All of our trees and wildlife will be gone.

Keep this out of Gig Harbor!
