If destroying our quaint, rural, quiet city isn't enough, lying to do it is even worse. Please do not allow these developers to go forward with their schemes.

I oppose any luxury developments in this rural area. Gig Harbor had enough high density building developments recently. Our rural areas are most important and vital for healthy and quality living in Gig Harbor.

This is not zoned for such dense traffic.

A huge no to this proposed development. As a 70+ year resident, I have seen the destruction that has taken place with vast swaths of rural land gobbled up and developments put in. I am not against progress, but there is a place for these types of “housing projects” and this area is not one of them. We need to protect our rural areas and wildlife who call them home before they have nowhere to live.

Is Gig Harbor trying to be Manhattan? We came to Gig Harbor for its natural setting, not dense housing or mega-mansions. These actions are destroying Gig Harbor. Say no to developers.

It's time to make a commitment to make Gig Harbor a family friendly place. Luxury living for a few rich people should not be a priority. Family homes, please!!

I have lived in Gig Harbor over 25 years, this development is completely incompatible with the area and devastating for wildlife and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Our roads can not handle the increase of this much population. As a resident for over 40 years this over growth of Gig Harbor has been already over crowded.

Gig Harbor has already lost a lot of rural atmosphere; we don't need more growth of huge complexes.

This area is no place for "luxury villas" and is contrary to the rural nature. Gig Harbor is already losing so much of its character--do you really need to make it worse?
