We do not agree with this project, we would hate for our road to be flooded with more people. Thank you!

We moved here 9 years ago and the rapid growth has overcrowded the schools and roadways. I don’t think there are enough parks or recreation for the population either. Please keep Gig Harbor a wonderful place to live and stop overcrowding it with high density homes and apartments.

My family and I live very close to the potential project site and we often go for walks down Olson drive. Our main concerns are the traffic and road impacts, the high density in such rural area, and Kensington’s ability to maintain a rural feel for the rest of the neighborhood/community.

Getting crowded in gig harbor

This is an excessive density for the neighborhood and will be detrimental to our community. I live nearby and woulx be negatively affected by this development.

Don't turn Gig Harbor into another Tacoma! We must preserve the character and natural beauty of this area. There has already been to much "development". Please do not allow this development!

I oppose this because I believe it is more important to protect the wildlife, wetlands, and natural beauty. I believe Gig Harbor will be just fine without this unnecessary dwelling proposal.

Absolutely against this. Gig Harbor has been destroyed by all the developments.

This type of development should not be allowed in rural gig harbor. No high density development should be allowed.

Preserving the character of this area is better than making it look like Tacoma. Let Tacoma be Tacoma.

Our single family property and quality of life would be negatively impacted by this development. Please do not allow this proposal to move forward.

This area is not appropriate for this type of development.

I grew up in this area. Allowing this type of construction and population influx will absolutely destroy the natural beauty and rural atmosphere. Existing home values will decrease, due to noise and traffic complaints. School children will be at risk due to increased vehicle traffic.

I have lamented what has been allowed to happen to Gig Harbor for the last 43 years. But this ostentation takes the cake. This isn't "development"; this is despoliation.
