This development is way too large in such a rural area. Please stop it.

No more building! We can't add more to this part of Gig Harbor.

As someone who grew up in gig harbor, lived there for 25 years, and who’s family still resides there, I am STRONGLY opposed to this development. It is not needed, will disrupt the community of the Wollechet area, and is grossly out of touch with the feel of the area by building European style mansions.

Please, no more housing developments that contribute nothing to the culture and community and vibe of GH

Pamela Carter. I oppose this proposed development since it is not according to Gig Harbor plan. Please do not allow the developers to sidestep and manipulate their way around the gig Harbor plan.

I think the real issue here is the presidence created for future development. Allowing small lot development and increases in density, in this project, will be leveraged by all developers in our area to ram though more profitable projects. One dwelling per 5 acres and 10 per acre are a huge difference. Maybe I should consider this as a retirement plan and convert my farm into 90-100 apartments?

I oppose this development. Our schools are overcrowded and roads / traffic have increased significantly over last 10 years.

Totally against this proposed development. Traffic, density, fire dept. capability, not allowed in R5 zoning.

Thank you for working to keep some of old gig harbor and keep it from becoming orange county

I do not support high density development in this area. Keep it rural. Save the trees and farmland for nature and animals.

I ride my bike on county roads. I am concerned about more traffic on East Bay, Murphy and Olsen. This would make these roads more dangerous for all.

This project does not a good fit for the community with respect to the environment, traffic, zoning or consistency with surrounding homes.

East Bay cannot handle the extra traffic - so many close calls with walkers and bikers as it is.

This area is not zoned, nor would it be appropriate on this location.
