We oppose granting a conditional use permit to subdivide the Kensington Gardens parcel into 5 lots for a complex of luxury apartments and accessory duplexes.
We oppose conversion of a Single-Family Residence permit to a Group Home permit to allow for high-density development on Olson Drive.

I think everyone I know especially those who have grown up here want this super development of the harbor and surrounding areas its way too much way way way too fast and its changing everything that's special about the harbor!

This is exactly the type of development that caused us to vote out the old city council. Both Pierce County and Gig Harbor need to stop caving to developers.

This is not acceptable to many of the residents of Gig Harbor for several reasons; one being the size and density, and the other is the ecological destruction. There is already too much development that’s eroding the charm and character of this rural town.

Oppose Kensington Gardens. We are ruining our beautiful town of Gig Harbor. We moved here to enjoy the wonderful community which is steadily changing for the worse.

This us a beautiful wooded area. A complex like this is not a good fit in this area of smaller homes on large wooded lots. Theres no sewer 5gxCKJ0k00w or water in the area. This will greatly impact run off in Wollochet Bay.
